The NYC police harass me while I'm on the phone with NYPD 911.

The NYPD has civilian women and men blowing drug smoke in my face and harassing me constantly. I walk around Manhattan calling NYPD 911 and the FBI over and over while the NYPD has civilian women and men blowing drug smoke in my face and harassing me at the same exact time I'm on the phone reporting them.
