Hospitals and urgent cares.
Ever since the police started harassing me random strangers constantly blow marijuana and vape smoke in my direction in public. I go to urgent cares and emergency rooms to get checked out. It's just a coincidence. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do anything like that. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal.
I contacted the New York City Police Commissioner about the NYPD harassing me.
The Commissioner's office is ignoring me so I'm pro se suing the NYPD. If anyone knows how I can legally get the NYPD to stop harassing me please let me know. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal. Thank you. Mark Pine
