The police are harassing me.

The NYPD has women and men in regular clothes harassing me as usual. My back started to hurt. As I was headed to the hospital someone snuck up on me and blew some type of drug smoke in my face. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do anything. I feel like someone just blew some powerful weed in my face. The NYPD is harassing me and there isn't any oversight at all.
