The NYPD Commissioner isn't helping.

Anytime I go anywhere I immediately email the NYPD Commissioner's Office and let them know the location, time, date, etc. Then the NYPD has civilian women and men in regular clothes take turns blowing drug smoke in my face and harassing me. #nypd #nyc #policebrutality #ny #iloveny

    I've contacted the NYPD Commissioner's office several times about the New York City police harassing me.
