The New York City police don't care that you know they're harassing me.

Thank you for reading. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal. I'm 49. I live in Manhattan NYC. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people including me without any legitimate reason because they think it's fun. I have lots of evidence. I've called and emailed more than 1,000 government offices and they won't help. If you know how I can legally get the New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know.
