NYPD 911 are harassing me on the phone.

I told the NYPD 911 people I'm reporting them to hundreds of government offices and they don't care. The NYPD 911 people are being told to harass me on the phone and that's just the way it's going to be. If the NYPD had any oversight at all which they don't people would be getting arrested. The NYPD is lucky they don't have any oversight at all. #nypd
