I'm calling and emailing thousands of government offices and random civilian companies trying to get help. If you have any idea how I can legally get the New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know. The New York City police pay women and men in regular clothes to constantly harass me in Manhattan. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.
