The New York City police NYPD are harassing me. I’m trying to get help.
The NYC police oversight won’t help. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m 49 years old.
I’m contacting thousands of government offices and regular people’s offices trying to get help. If anyone thinks this email is a scam send it to the police. I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government offices trying to get help. The police are still harassing me.
Men I know pay the police to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. The cops do a lot of good and a lot of bad. The bad is worse than most people can imagine. The New York City police have billions of dollars and they are ruthless. Members of the NYPD have recently been convicted of murder and many other horrendous crimes.
The New York City police use some of their billions of dollars to hire civilian women and men off the books to run around Manhattan in regular clothes harassing people including me. You have to see it to believe it. For example, the police have women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, and many more scams. I'm trying to get the police to stop harassing me by contacting as many people as it takes.

The NYPD has women and men who run scams for them off the books constantly pretend they are with me. That includes women, men, business people, and many more. The NYC police have people send me nasty emails and social media messages to try to pick fights with me. I just ignore them or respond respectfully and politely. The NYPD has women and men of all ages in regular clothes constantly pretending "Mark Pine is cutting me off, Mark Pine is rude, Mark Pine is crashing into me, Mark Pine smells” to try and get me kicked out of every place I go. The police and their civilian lie and scam people are as evil as humanly possible.
The New York City police NYPD are paying women and men in regular clothes to run any scam they can think of to try and get me locked up and kicked out or banned from every supermarket, gym, store, school, subway, government office, Baruch College, etc.
In my opinion, the New York City police go into my email, social media, web accounts, etc., and sabotage the accounts and impersonate me.
The NYPD has so many civilian women and men running scams on me I lost count.
The NYPD had women try to hook up with me to set me up. The NYPD still has women trying to set me up as a stalker.
The NYPD has women and men running phone scams on me. For example, the police have women and men lie about their identity on the phone.

I'm a part time senior at Baruch College. I’m searching for a $3,000 scholarship to pay for Fall 2025. I’m a journalism major with a 3.7 GPA and five classes left to graduate. The police remotely add spelling and grammar errors into many of my emails and the pages on my website to make me look bad. It’s public information on mainstream news websites that they have the ability to do that.
The NYPD have women and men in regular clothes constantly harassing me in the street, sidewalk, subway, and almost everywhere else.
I'm concerned that people are going to get run over by a train or vehicle when the NYPD and their female and male civilian scam people are ambushing and harassing me in Manhattan. It’s that corrupt.
I always treat everyone at the gym, Baruch College, the NYC Comptroller's Office, the New York Courts, Internal Affairs, the MTA, and HRA with the utmost respect at all times no matter what.
The NYPD is trying to get me kicked out of all those places and other places and they don't care who knows about it.

The New York City police have billions of dollars per year and very little oversight. Members of the New York City police let me know they are going to murder me with drugs, have me committed to a mental hospital, give me a heart attack, pay women to say Mark Pine attacked me or Mark Pine is stalking me, say Mark Pine killed himself is one of their favorites, and have me sued for any money I ever make that the New York City police doesn’t immediately sabotage. The NYPD goes stark raving mad when I get a dollar in my hands. The police do everything in their power to block my money, steal my money, and steal or vandalize everything I buy. I don’t know who is in charge of all this but it makes no sense that these individuals should be in charge. The police have been harassing me for more than ten years.
Additionally, I'm trying to raise money from accredited investors for startups. For example, to buy real estate. Condos, apartment buildings and retail real estate. Open stores in the spaces. For example, open art galleries, theater spaces for shows and plays, supermarkets, delis, etc. More information on the website.
