The New York City police are sabotaging me and running scams on me. I'm trying to get help.

The New York City police and their female and male civilian lie and scam team are harassing me. I'm trying to get help. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal.

Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people they don't like for fun. The police oversight won't help.

It's December 5, 2025. If you have guidance how I can legally get the New York City police and their regular clothes, female and male, civilian lie and scam people to stop harassing me please let me know.
