Greetings, The New York City police are harassing me. I'm trying to get help. I'm calling and emailing thousands of government offices and random companies trying to get help. If you have any idea how I can legally get the New York City police and the NYPD's civilian lie and scam team to stop harassing me please let me know. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass people they don't like without any legitimate reason. Additionally, I’m searching for a $3,000 college scholarship for Baruch College CUNY. The money goes directly to the college. I’m trying to raise money from accredited investors for startups. I provide web marketing and online advertising services for companies. I’m confident if I contact enough people I’ll get help. The police oversight won’t help. Thank you.
