Greetings FBI @FBI @NewYorkFBI the NYPD New York City police and their female and male civilian scam people are harassing me. I suspect that men I know pay the NYC police to harass several people including me. The oversight won't help (CCRB, IAB, DOI, IG, etc.). I'm contacting thousands of government and non government offices trying to get help. There is mounds of evidence.
