Situation at Baruch College CUNY.

 Greetings Baruch College,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes Baruch College staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.

I like everyone at Baruch College and CUNY.

I respect that working at a government school can probably be complicated.

I would like permission to submit one of the complaint forms.

I'm not a fair weather friend.

You all have helped me several times.

I'm not going to forget that.

That is why I'm very surprised about the current situation I'm in.

During the Spring 2025 semester I was in the emergency room 10 separate times.

During the Spring 2025 semester I was in urgent cares more than 10 times.

During the Spring 2025 semester I was robbed and harassed several times and I have four NYPD police reports with me as the victim.

I have a letter from my former primary care doctor for the Spring 2025 semester.

I was told that's not enough documentation to drop or withdraw from the Baruch College Spring 2025 semester.

I don't think that could be explained to any parent in America.

I politely and respectfully disagree with the decision.

I'm going down the list trying to get help.

I was put on probation for filling out a student complaint when a female student was harassing me on video.

I have no idea who the woman is, I ignored her.

She cut me off and tried to crash into me when the school was 99.9% empty.

I would like permission to fill out the student complaint form.

If the answer is no, of course I'm not going to do it.

I'm spending more time with the Spring 2025 withdraw drop request than both of my classes combined.

If you would like for me to include the reasons why I think this is happening, please let me know.

Please advise if I can submit I student complaint form.
