The New York City police have women and men in regular clothes harass me. When I video record them harassing me the police have girls in their teens and twenties run in front of me and pretend I'm recording them. I have zero criminal record at 49. If anyone knows how I can legally get the NYPD New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know. I've contacted more than 1,000 government offices in all 50 states and the police and their civilian off the books scam team are still harassing me.
