Real Estate Startups

I’m raising money for startups from accredited investors. This page is about old school real estate startups. I’m contacting accredited investors to raise money to buy real estate. For example, multi family buildings, condos, retail, retail condos, office buildings, industrial, farms, etc. Each piece of real estate will be its own company. That way no one has to invest in any properties they don’t like. Once I connect with various accredited investors we will decide what properties to purchase. Of course there is a massive amount of uncertainty in the market. For example, AI and outsourcing may negatively affect the job market. The majority of startups fail. The majority of new companies fail. That’s the reality of the situation. My strategy is to purchase small to medium sized buildings in several states. I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket, one market, etc. I don’t want to buy huge buildings as my primary strategy. Of course even my small to medium sized building strategy is extremely risky in today’s uncertain times. If an accredited investor would like to purchase a high rise building and understands the risk, I would consider managing the property and taking a piece of the deal. Everything would have to be disclosed upfront in writing and video so that everyone is on the same page. I believe in having security cameras in all the public spaces of all the buildings where it’s legal for everyone’s safety. Results are not guaranteed. All information is subject to change. I would like to purchase retail spaces and open supermarkets, delis, and art galleries in the spaces. Other startups I’m working on are in the technology sector.
