Greetings Detectives Endowment Association  @NYCPDDEA The NYPD harass me. I've been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim and they're still harassing me. I've contacted all the government offices you're supposed to contact about the NYPD harassing me and they won't help.
