Individuals I know pay the NYPD New York City police to run cointelpro scams on a lot of people including me.

When I go to the supermarket civilians who work off the books for the police blow vape smoke in my face and then a dozen people crash into me one after the next.

I ignore them and move away.

I've been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim and counting. 

I'm pro se suing the NYPD.

I'm not a lawyer.
