I'm trying to legally get NYC law enforcement to stop harassing me.

Greetings, I post videos and text on most major social media websites about New York City law enforcement and their civilian people harassing me. Individuals I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass a lot of people including me without any legitimate reason. I'm making the best of it, trying to get the word out. I've contacted more than 1,000 United States government offices and they won't help. I just wanted to mention how interesting it is to see the responses from people. When I post about New York City law enforcement and their female and male civilian people harassing me I receive a lot of insults with people claiming that there must be something wrong with someone posting about the police or United States law enforcement harassing them. If you search Google or YouTube for police officer arrested there are thousands of people getting killed, attacked, and harassed by United States police and law enforcement. It's never ending. Personally I can care less about the insults. I'm trying to get the word out as much as possible to try and get NYC law enforcement to stop harassing me. If you know how I can legally get New York City law enforcement and their female and male civilian people to stop harassing me please let me know. Thank you.
