NYPD harassment

Greetings @NYPDnews individuals I know pay the NYPD, New York City law enforcement, and their civilian scam team to harass people including me. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal. So far the NYPD has issued me more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim and I've been denied NYPD police reports hundreds of times. I've contacted more than 1,000 United States government offices by phone and email about the NYPD and their civilian scam team harassing me and they won't help. I've called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times during the last ten years about this situation. 1PP, the NYPD precincts, NYPD IA, New York City FBI, and Manhattan DA blocked my phone number.
