New York City law enforcement scams.

The individuals I know who pay New York City law enforcement to harass me don't have the slightest worry about the DOJ, FBI, NYPD, or any politician knowing they commit crimes. Allegedly the people I know who pay New York City law enforcement to harass me also commit fraud and steal money without any concern about getting caught. It really is that corrupt. Thats my opinion. I've contacted thousands of government offices and they won't help. I call the DOJ, FBI, NYPD 911, and others everyday to report it.
